Active Testing Solutions is New Zealand's leading methamphetamine property testing company. We specialise in both residential and commercial property testing. Based in Tauranga we service the wider Bay of Plenty area as well as the Waikato area. We are also available on a national basis, dependent on specific client requirements. Our residential specialists work with a range of clients, however in particular we specialise in rental properties. This involves testing prior to a tenant moving into a property which we often then test again as the tenant is moving out. Our proprietary testing methods allow both the tenant and the property owner piece of mind as we are able to specifically test for contamination levels that only relate to that specific tenancy period.
