Review of Versa Robes written 22 Nov 2014
Changed installation date x3 & quote x4. Refused to rtn full deposit when final quote +$700. Concocted $220 'admin fee' skimmed from my deposit citing it was in the Terms/Conditions (it wasn't) that I hadn't signed. LIED to Consumer Affairs saying I was informed of 'admin fee' prior to paying deposit. 2 other companies quoted $900 less - even with the $ duped me I'm still $700 better off. Versa are a bunch unreliable, unscrupulous money-grabbing amateurs who make it up as they go along. 0 Stars
