Very abrupt on the phone. Pushed me for an immediate committment, to which I said okay and then a few hours later wrote to cancel. The man Ericson wrote and called me the next morning to say I owed him money for cancelling and that if I did not pay he would be coming ot my house! I never agreed to a cancellation fee! And how dare he threated me if I do not pay; that's like the mafia! I am so glad I did not choose this company.
