406 Law Eakin, Berry & Grygiel, PLLC was founded by three former Montana Legal Services Association lawyers, Mike Eakin, Jeannette Berry and Laurie Grygiel who have over one hundred years of combined legal experience.Our mission is to provide quality legal assistance throughout the State Of Montana to middle class and moderate income Montanans at affordable prices.We provide legal advice and assistance to self-represented litigants in family law, simple wills, normal size probates, termination of joint tenancies and consumer law. We also provide direct representation in consumer law cases.Our offices are located in Billings and Bozeman, and we are available to assist clients statewide.In Billings we are located in downtown on historic Montana Avenue across from the Western Heritage Center at 2815 Montana Avenue. In Bozeman we are located just west of 19th Avenue along Main Street just north of Perkins in Oakwood Square at 251 Edelweiss Suite 2A.We look forward to providing quality, experienced legal services at affordable rates to all Montanans.
