Erlina Perez (formerly Erlina Encarnacion) is a family law and divorce attorney. Ms. Perez has devoted her practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law where she zealously represents clients in matters involving divorce, domestic violence, child custody, child support, parenting time, alimony, division of assets, and related issues. Ms. Perez has successfully handled a variety of cases in her practice of family and matrimonial law. She has experience with all facets of family law litigation, including contested issues of custody, parenting time, child support, alimony and equitable distribution of assets. Ms. Perez has also served as a volunteer attorney for the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter through its legal advocacy program where she represented clients in numerous domestic violence proceedings. She also volunteers at the County College of Morris, Women's Center by providing one-on-one legal counseling sessions.
