Our certified personal trainers and knowledgeable wellness staff take a team approach to each client and work on every aspect of health, from sleep, digestion, nutrition and exercise. Our goal is not just to get you in shape but to transform your health and show you how amazing you can feel. We're located in Cascade, Michigan near Cascade Road and Spaulding Avenue in the Morgan Stanley building and we have clients in Ada, Forest Hills, East Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids, and even have some that come from the lakeshore!
