Garfield Langmuir-Logan is the Senior Partner of Logan Law, ALC, a law firm located in San Juan Capistrano, where he makes a specialty of Trust and Estate Planning, Transactional and Real Property Law. Garfield born in the city of Toronto, Canada, of Scottish parents, he grew up in Manhattan Beach, California and learned at the University of the southern part of California, where he obtained his B.A cum laude. He went on to Loyola Law School where he achieved his Juris Doctorate. After that he was admitted to the State Bar (California) in 1979 and is qualified to Practice throughout California Courts in addition to the United States Federal Court (Central District). In 1994, he established the first limited liability company (LLC) in the state of California and works to remain on the forefront of taxation and asset protection strategies and methods. Past and Present Works: He has served on the Orange Catholic Foundation Board of Directors since 2002 Previously served on the boards of St. Catherine's Military School in Anaheim, St. Margaret's of Scotland in San Juan Capistrano, and St. Anne's in Laguna Niguel. Garfield has been a member of Legatus, which is an organization comprised of Catholic CEO's dedicated to studying, practicing, and spreading the faith, since 1992, and a member of the Legatus Forum since its inception. |
