Kate (NASM-CPT) has been an athlete on-again/off-again all of her life. With that came the ups and down of weight gain and loss. Kate is also a Police Officer. She had to hammer down her weight and stay physically fit. Having fun while doing it has become a priority in her training and life. She discovered obstacle course racing (OCR) and ultra endurance races...and became hooked. Kate is now making her lifestyle available to you to get fit, or just stay in shape!
