"MAC Maintenance & Construction is a family-run business which offers extensions, conversions, renovations and home improvement services to homeowners and architects through various areas along the M3 corridor, from Lightwater in Surrey, as far as Twickenham, Richmond and beyond into London. Through our years of experience the team has come to really understand the main pain points for homeowners. Therefore, we make it our mission to guide our clients through what might seem a complicated process, offering resources, contact details, advice and support until they are completely satisfied with their new-look home. THE MAC MISSION M.A.C. Maintenance & Construction is a family-run residential construction company from Lightwater, Surrey. The company has been around for some 30 years, and Steve, the current director, took over from his father just over 15 years ago. Despite starting out on small building projects in Lightwater, over the years M.A.C. has grown in experience to take on bigger and more complex projects to the point where now we have ample experience making all types of structural changes to homes, and many happy customers as references. Over the past 10 years we have been lucky enough to take on projects outside of the Lightwater area and further into London along the M3 corridor, in places such as Twickenham, Richmond and beyond. This has been mainly thanks to our satisfied customers referring us to others in need of residential building work. Our Mission At M.A.C. our mission is simply to satisfy our customers. To do so naturally entails that we treat our clients like partners, so that instead of worrying about a building project you feel excited by the prospect of living in your future home. We like to take part in the design phase to offer our advice, as well as provide you with resources to make achieving planning permission and meeting legal specifications as smooth and painless as possible. When we get to the build we should already have fixed costs, clear tasks and a firm idea of how long your project will take. We plan along with our clients so that, if for example you have to vacate a bedroom, or won’t have access to your kitchen, this period be as short as possible and your life be as close to normal as it can be, particularly if you have young people to care for – daily life doesn’t stop for a renovation!
