Osteopathy is a holistic, whole body treatment and with this in mind Total Health Osteopathy looks to treat more than the patient’s presenting symptoms. At Total Health Osteopathy we aim to look at the whole picture and to help the patient through the initial, often acutely painful, phase of their injury to managing they’re recovery and rehabilitation so that they can return back to their normal life or even help to improve their health and well-being to levels higher than when they first visit us. To do this we offer a number of different complementary treatment modalities, which can be used individually or in harmony with each other. This, allows us to modify our treatment plans according to our client’s needs. We also offer nutrition and weight management advice, injury rehabilitation and a special focus on paediatric and obstetric osteopathy. Our staff are interested in treating, rehabilitating and training sports people as well as helping postural strains and other injuries, as well as through pregnancy and with babies and children. Total Health Osteopathy is based in West Sussex, Mayfair and Chelsea and can offer home visits by appointment.
