Upstairs Salon is charming, comfortable and calm. Best of all, they give fabulous haircuts at reasonable prices. The owner is amazingly experienced in crafting Sassoon-style precision haircuts and natural colors that look twice the price. This is my go-to salon. -Charlotte G
