Owner Justin Wisnefske, who started his career as a butcher and meat processor in 2003 in Oconto, opened Wisco Meats in 2022. With over 20 years of experience, Justin offers expert meat processing for Wisconsin sportsmen and small-batch beef jerky for snack enthusiasts nationwide.
