Looking for a Land Surveyor in Adelaide? Zaina Stacey's modern systems and friendly staff are here to simplify the very old and convoluted state government land division process. Leave it to us, land division management is ALL that we do! Here's our step by step land division process: 1. Consultation & Investigation of Site (Free Site Appraisal) We review the Council's Development Plan and check zoning to ensure the site can be subdivided and confirm that SA Water services are available. 2. Lodgement of the Application We prepare a land division application plan and formally lodge it with the Development Assessment Commission, Council and other government authorities. 3. Council Assessment & Approval of the Application We liaise with the Council and obtain the formal approval to enable the land division to proceed. 4. Compliance with Conditions of Approval We advise of the Council's conditions that must be satisfied for the creation of new titles. We assist with completion of the requirements - making the process easy for you. 5. Boundary Pegging Our licensed land surveyor will visit your site and undertake the field survey and peg the new allotment boundaries. 6. Final Plans We prepare the final, certified survey plan as required by the Lands Titles Office and government authorities. We will supply the plan on your behalf to your building consultant, conveyancer and real estate agent. 7. Final Approvals & Payment We liaise with our contacts to ensure all requirements have been met and that the government fees have been paid. We can even make all the payments for you and handle all documentation, to make it stress free and easier for you. 8. Lands Titles Office Plan Lodgement & Document Approval The final survey plan is lodged at the Lands Titles Office. Your Conveyancer then prepares separate documentation to create the titles in the names you choose. Zaina Stacey will coordinate all your requirements with your conveyancer. It's our priority to ensure your land division is simple and stress free. |
