The customer service representative was very nice. This appliance repair company's technician who came out to fix my refrigerator gasket was absolutely fantastic. He made it to our house just in time, and he miraculously repaired my refrigerator gasket in under an hour. I have to say, this guy is capable, and the company that provided him was trustworthy!
