Tim was smart enough in figuring out the problems while he was doing heating and air repair services. He was professional, friendly, polite, and answered all of my questions nicely. All the problems with my unit were all fixed within an hour. I was happy that Tim was the one I hired for he was able to deliver the best result of the repair.
