Caroline Bronte: Helping You Find Your Balance Again Through Counselling and Life CoachingMy name is Caroline Bronte, and I love to help people, especially those struggling with mental or emotional affliction, and that’s why I founded my Counselling, Coaching, and Therapy Company.It is a fact that we are all exposed to experiences that could trigger mental or emotional issues.Such issues can be severe.But they can also be mild.Our relationships, significant life events, and daily habits can become triggers.When they besiege us, it’s easy for them to throw our lives off balance.That’s why I have designed counselling and life-coaching services that can help you put your life back in balance.My Qualifications as a Professional Counsellor and Life CoachMy goal to assist individuals in transcending their mental and emotional afflictions is one to which I have dedicated my whole life, hence my endless pursuit of knowledge in the vocation.I have over two decades of expertise in life coaching, counselling, and therapy.My educational qualifications related to my profession include a BA Honours Degree in Psychology, an MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and diplomas in Counselling, Life Coaching, and Art Therapy.Colour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Behaviour Therapy—these are some of the branches of psychology in which I am a practitioner.I have worked in several places such as children’s homes, nursing homes, youth centres, hospitals, schools, NHS, and supported living homes in local communities.I have helped many people overcome substance abuse, aggressive behaviour, low self-esteem, spending problems, suicidal tendencies, grief, disappointment, rejection, depression, phobia, bereavement, relationship issues, and a lot more.The Assurance with My Counselling and Life Coaching SessionsWhile we are all humans and have a lot of mutual qualities and predicaments, no two people are completely the same.That’s why I provide a bespoke counselling or life-coaching programme for each client that comes my way.My comprehensive sessions will help you navigate your friendships and relationships, your activities, your problems, your lingering thoughts and emotions, and your entire life.When we are done, you will leave with a sound mental and emotional health.I offer telephone, face-to-face, and online sessions.
