The technician was knowledgeable enough to handle repairs. He worked hard and fixed our washer that was not filling up within an hour. He also told us about possible future problems we may have, so he then replaced those damaged parts to avoid it. He was thorough in fixing up the problem. Everything was fixed excellently at a very low cost. So happy with the overall service provided.
