At Momentum Personal Training the philosophy is simple, your body was designed to move. Whether it is running, jumping, lifting, climbing, crawling or cartwheeling, your body just needs to move. Unfortunately, over time our lifestyles have adapted and we have become far too accustomed to spending long hours sitting at a desk or on the couch and not nearly enough time moving. Our aim is to get you moving in ways you never thought possible to get you results you could only imagine.

Throughout the years we have worked with a broad range of clients; from high level athletes to previously inactive seniors and have realised that everyone just wants to be the best they can be.
