I have several properties in Greater London and I rent all of them. That is why I have been working with this company for a long time. They usually do the end of tenancy cleaning when some of my tenants move out. I trust nobody else. Your cleaners are fantastic, they make the house look great and I can immediately put an advertisement and rent it again. I think that the price is not that high given the quality they deliver. I will continue working with them for sure.
