True Nature Holistics is an intimate yoga studio in Delray Beach offering private and group yoga classes, meditation, reiki and other holistic healing modalities. Owner Michele Santom, RYT500 is a registered yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist. She is also a Reiki Master and raw food specialist. Our passion is yoga, not just the physical asana, but in all of its teachings.
