We, while you wait repairs, are a high- tech mobile repairing company established in 2004. We are based in London and primarily provide services for mobile phone repairs. At while you wait repairs, we understand that your phone is an integral part of your life and no damage should keep you away from your phone for long. We make sure that we fix your broken phone while you wait at our workstation. We have a considerable large and organized workshop and highly efficient engineers, who make sure that every issue in the phone is resolved. We have high quality spares, which not only are compatible with the phone but also genuine.
We are open on weekdays from 9 am to 7:00 pm and from 10 am to 05:00 pm on Sundays.
The following methods of repair service are available with us:
· Direct walk in: you can directly walk in with your faulty phone and get it respired immediately while you wait at our place. We take all necessary information from you and at once get to repair the phone. While we repair your phone, you can wait at our office.
· Book your mobile phone slot: as per your convenience, you can book your mobile phone repair slot and we would be ready to serve you at your booked slot. You bring your phone and inform us the issues and we make sure to serve you the best.
· Postal repair option: in case you cannot come to us, then you can easily mail your phone in a jiffy bag to us. We check your phone and repair it and deliver it back to you. You can pay online through paypal or by bank cheque or postal cheque. The delivery of your phone will depend on the plan you choose during buying the repair from us. But in every case we do provide the courier number in case it is requested.
For the amount you pay for your phone repair, it includes:
· The cost of the part to be replaced,
· Service engineers charge for repairing the device, and,
· Accessories required for replacing mobile phone parts.
Water damage and phone not powering are not included in the price you pay for repairing your mobile phone. All parts used by us are genuine or extremely high quality products that calibrate the look and feel of the device at once. Our expertise is screen repair and glass replacement. We do not compromise on quality and thus a repair warranty of 30 days is given with every repaired mobile phone. We can repair almost any phone.
