I LOVE this place! ILK has amazing instructors who are willing to work with you during class (whether it's with form, or modifications!) The other members are very motivating and encouraging - it has a family community feel. I am excited to continue with ILK and see how this helps me further on my journey to a healthier life style.

This is a fun, welcoming place. There’s no intimidation here, just support and friendliness. The workouts are challenging, but fun and it feels good to get a little aggression out on the bags. In about 3 months I’ve lost weight, gained lean muscle, and feel good. I started with the 6-week challenge, but enjoyed the workouts so much that I joined as a regular member.

ILKB-Pittsburgh it is a gym that you can go to and feel safe, not judged, make friends and know you are not the only one trying to become a better, healthier version of yourself. I have been going for 4 months every morning & still love it! I am confident, stronger & I believe I reach my goals here.

Such an amazing place to workout. The coaches are energetic and fun and make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts while still creating a welcoming environment. Definitely worth every cent!

I started going to ILKB Pittsburgh as part of their 6-week challenge! The workouts were so fun and different every class! The instructors are phenomenal! They keep you motivated and I absolutely love going to classes! After 2 classes I was hooked and knew I had to become a member because I wanted to come more often than the 3x/week for the challenge! Becoming a member was by far one of the best decisions I've made!!

I love the fact that the coaches balance between fun/exciting classes with also motivation and encouragement. The facility is very clean! Everyone seems to be like a family. Everyone talks to each other and knows each other. Great atmosphere.
