Courtney is the lead facilitator for the international group, The Positive Birth Movement, and is also a certified Yoga Instructor. Total Mom Wellness offers birth doula services, placenta encapsulation, prenatal and postpartum yoga, breastfeeding support, and mommy and me fitness groups.
