Yogamakesyouhappy classes are an open level which makes them suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners. I am a qualified triyoga teacher and in my teaching I focus on breath and moving with the breath, building strength, balance and fine tuning alignment. The classes are a joyful, compassionate expression which creates a safe, fun, laid-back environment to ask questions and try new things. I always play music - the serene type. I have yoga props for every body to use and just a few mats, so if you do have your own mat please bring it along. The drop in rate for the classes is £10, but the price lowers if 4 or more classes are paid in advance. Please contact me if you would like any further information, otherwise just turn up.
