Our firm has a long history of representing individual fire victims against PG&E. We have reached settlements for hundreds of our clients in the Butte Fire litigation (2015). We currently represent hundreds of households against PG&E with respect to the Camp Fire (2018), the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California history. Our firm also represents hundreds of families against PG&E whose lives and property were damaged in the North Bay Fire cases (2017), as well hundreds of families against SoCalEdison for the Thomas Fire (2017) and Woolsey Fire (2018). Before that, our firm settled hundreds of wildfire cases against San Diego Gas & Electric Co. in the Witch Creek/ Guejito Fire cases (2007), and has also successfully litigated cases against NV Energy and Sierra Pacific Power Co.
