Independent and Assisted Living Community: AltaVita Assisted Living is a 66, 939 square-foot, 71 room residential facility that includes 34 studios, 29 one-bedroom units and four 2 bedroom suites. Besides the residential units, the facilityl houses two guest suites, a dining room, bistro and ice cream parlor, fitness center, hair salon and barber shop, and more. Outdoor features including a bocce ball court, waterfall, and outdoor dining area.
