The Arthritic Association is a UK charity organization that helps residents living in East Sussex and the surrounding areas with advice and support to help them deal with the pain and discomfort of arthritis better. Their research has shown that by combining a proper diet along with physical therapy that this can lessen the patient's symptoms and discomfort associated with arthritis. Their programs can also give them a more relaxed lifestyle with more energy. These programs can also be used by individuals even if they are already on another type of treatment program. Individuals supply them with a log of their eating habits and the Arthritic Association will give them advice on how to change their diet to help them reduce the pain of arthritis. (32)
