The technician was so nice and so much better than the one before! I called this company because of my oven that was not heating. The technician arrived an hour later and immediately identified the problem with my appliance. He's pretty transparent about the job, and he's done it in just an hour. They were so nice, listened to everything I had to say over the phone, and scheduled an appointment right away. I was not expecting that the technician would be able to arrive earlier. He's here with all the tools ready to fix my range burners that were not working. The result of the repair was overwhelming. It satisfied me so much. I highly recommend this company to everyone.
