Founded in 2011, Flex Hot Yoga is a modern yoga studio with a well-established community right in the heart of Brisbane's inner suburbs. Having trained many of Brisbane’s favourite yoga teachers and yoga studio owners, we have earned the reputation of being one of the best yoga studios in Brisbane. Flex continues to set the bar high for excellent yoga classes, to remain a studio where teachers themselves go to be students again and enjoy fun and challenging yoga classes. From the high intensity flow of a heated power vinyasa class to the calm focus of a restorative Yin practice, we support you to push past your limitations and tap into your true, powerful self. All classes are beginner-friendly, with additional options to keep even the most advanced yogis on their toes. We also offer regular yoga workshops as well as Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-200) and Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-500 pathway).
