HotelierCo is the Hotel Crowdfunding Company in Atlanta, Georgia. It was founded in 2017 with one goal: to allow anyone from “the crowd” to become a hotel owner — not just wealthy accredited investors. Our team has over 100 years of experience in hotel funds management and hotel operation. Our legal counsel has been part of successful crowdfunding raises since the new Regulation A+ was issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2015. Equity crowdfunding has been revolutionized to allow all investors access to a large new pool of real estate assets.
