We've used Ilya's company for several jobs now. Ilya and his team did such a great job with our bathroom remodel several years ago that we asked him to remodel our kitchen and completely redo our leaky old front stairs this summer. They did a great job on both! The projects were completed quickly; the kitchen was done in just over six weeks, which apparently is really fast. Both Ilya and his project manager, Michael, are very responsive, punctual, and are great at explaining the best way to design / build things. They helped us with the kitchen design, explained pros and cons of different design options, and told us where to purchase cabinets, tiles, etc at reasonable prices. The various specialists who came in to do work - electricians, plumbers, tile installers, cabinet installers, etc - were very skilled and professional. I really appreciated the fact that they were careful not to accidentally let our cats out (which may seem like a silly thing but shows that they care) and kept the house clean. The prices on all the projects were quite reasonable, especially for the Bay Area. And of course, most importantly, the kitchen turned out amazing! Everyone who's seen it has commented on how great it looks.
