She is certified in Permanent Cosmetics and in Blood-borne Pathogens and follows the OSHA safety guidelines. Sarah was trained as a graphic designer and worked with many clients, including Nicole Millers cosmetic line. Through her art, she has developed a keen eye for detail that translates into her beauty business.
