Being a health nutrition coach and personal trainer in Orange County California has brought me so much happiness. I believe that when someone truly enjoys what they do, it shows. I enjoy teaching people how to feel and perform at their optimal level. This stems from the fact that I personally know how frustrating and difficult it can be to achieve the body of your dreams. I struggled for years with so much misguided information that it eventually led me to become a more serious student and truly level up. Taking away the anxiety related to nutrition and replacing it with joy and a sense of confidence has driven me to do the same for others. I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be difficult, it can be fun. It blew my mind when I realized this. Showing others exactly what I have learned over the years has been my mission.
